Refund and Cancellation Policy – Sapna Homes

We understand plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

❌ Cancellation by Guest

• 100% refund if cancellation is made within 24 hours of booking.
• 50% refund if cancellation is made 15 days before the check-in date.
• No refund for cancellations made within 15 days of check-in (strict policy).

🔁 Rescheduling

• In case of cancellation within the non-refundable period, we may assist with rescheduling or date adjustments, subject to availability.
• Any price difference for new dates must be paid by the guest.

🚫 No-Show / Early Check-out

• No-shows or early check-outs are non-refundable.
