House Rules & Policies

To ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay for all guests, we kindly request you to follow the house rules below.

🧹 Cleaning & Linen

  • House cleaning is carried out on alternate days during daytime hours, subject to housekeeping availability.
  • If you plan to step out during cleaning hours, please inform us in advance via WhatsApp with your apartment number.
  • If you are leaving the apartment during cleaning, please place the keys in the lockbox.

📌 Please avoid calling during night hours unless it is urgent. We request guests to inform requirements in advance wherever possible.

🗑 Waste Disposal

  • Please segregate wet and dry waste.
  • Use bathroom bins only for sanitary waste.
  • Kindly follow the waste disposal system to help us maintain hygiene.

🏢 Society Rules

  • The apartment is located within a residential society.
  • Please follow society rules and guidelines at all times.
  • Any penalties imposed by the society due to rule violations will be the responsibility of the guest.

🧴 Supplies & Consumables

  • Initial toiletries and basic kitchen supplies are provided at the time of check-in.
  • Additional items, including washing machine detergent and consumables, must be purchased by guests as needed.

⚡ Electrical Usage

  • Please switch off all electrical appliances when not in use.
  • The refrigerator may remain switched on at all times.

🚭 Smoking Policy

  • Smoking is allowed only on the balcony.
  • Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited.
  • Smoking inside the apartment will attract a ₹2,000 penalty.
  • Please do not smoke in common areas or society premises.

🧱 Wall Damage & Decorations

  • Do not stick or attach items such as balloons, tapes, hooks, or posters on walls.
  • Any damage to walls or property will result in a penalty or repair charges.

🔇 Quiet Hours

  • Quiet hours must be maintained between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
  • Please keep noise levels low to respect neighbours and society residents.

🏠 Property Care

  • Please check all items in the apartment upon arrival.
  • Any damage caused during your stay must be reported immediately.
  • Guests are responsible for covering the cost of damages caused during their stay.
